How it works

Assessment first, always

We will not quote you a managed service off a phone call. Here is the sequence, and the first step costs you nothing.

Step 1

Assessment

We spend a couple of hours in your business, look at what you have, and write down what is working, what is exposed and what it would cost to fix. You keep that document whether or not you hire us.

Step 2

Stabilise

The first 30 days are unglamorous: MFA on, encryption on, backups verified, patching running, licences cleaned up, the asset register built. This is where most of the risk disappears.

Step 3

Run

Day-to-day support, monitoring and maintenance, with a named person who knows your environment. You stop thinking about it.

Step 4

Improve

Quarterly, we sit down with what happened, what it cost and what we recommend next — a roadmap and a budget rather than a surprise.

Why us

What makes us different from the last provider

You get the person who runs the company

Not a tier-one queue and an account manager. At your size that is the single biggest difference between IT that works and IT that gets escalated.

No vendor commissions

We do not take margin from the hardware and software we recommend. When we tell you not to buy something, that advice is worth something.

Month to month

No three-year agreement. If we are not earning the fee you should be able to leave, and your documentation and admin credentials go with you.

Built for compliance conversations

Cyber-insurance questionnaires, HIPAA, WISP, client security reviews. We keep the evidence current so those are a morning's work rather than a fire drill.

FAQ

Common questions

What size business do you work with?
Roughly 10 to 50 people. Below that a full managed service is usually more than you need and we will tell you so. Above about 75 you are heading toward wanting someone in-house, and we would rather help you hire them than pretend otherwise.
Do you require a long contract?
No. Our agreements are month to month after an initial 90 days, which exists only because the onboarding work is front-loaded. Three-year lock-ins are how the industry protects itself from its own service quality.
We already have an IT person. Can you work alongside them?
Often, yes. A lot of businesses have one capable generalist who is drowning. We take the infrastructure, security and after-hours load so they can do the work that actually needs someone who knows your business.
How fast can you take us on?
Assessment within a week, and onboarding typically starts two weeks after that. An urgent situation — a departing IT person, a security incident, a failed audit — we will move faster.
What does AIMSP stand for?
AI MSP. We are a managed service provider that uses automation and AI to do the work that used to take a bigger team. It is a description, not a pitch — the automation page is specific about what we actually build.

Find out what you're actually running

A 15-minute call, then a two-hour on-site assessment and a written picture of your environment. The findings are yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
